Through March 31st, 2015, head over here and click the Learn More button to print the appropriate rebate form (based on where and when you purchased the product). Just fill it out and submit with your receipt and UPC code to receive your rebate (up to $14). Sweet! *Offer is only available to legal residents of the 50 US states and District of Columbia. Void in RI, CT and where prohibited. Must return original cash register receipt indicating UPC for DELSYM product purchased. Refund offer must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2015.
