Breakfast for dinner? If you’re looking for a frugal dinner idea, you may want to pack up the family and head to your local IHOP starting Monday! From August 1st – September 25th, participating IHOP restaurants will be offering any kids’ meal completely FREE with the purchase of an adult entrée valid from 4PM-10PM only. Be sure to call your local store before you make a special trip to see if they’re participating.
