This lawsuit claims that Johnson & Johnson mislabeled its Bedtime Bath Products by describing certain Bedtime Bath Products as “clinically proven” to help a baby sleep better.
Johnson & Johnson has filed answers denying the claims of Plaintiffs, and strongly denies all of Plaintiffs’ claims, denies all allegations of wrongdoing, fault, liability or damage of any kind to Plaintiffs or the Settlement Class, denies that it acted improperly or wrongfully in any way, and is entering into this settlement to avoid burdensome and costly litigation.
