4Heads up! If you purchased Johnson’s Bedtime Products between July 1st, 2010 and August 31st, 2016, you may be entitled to get money from a class action settlement again Johnson & Johnson. In fact, you may be eligible to obtain $3 for each qualified product (up to $15) – no proof of purchase necessary!

Johnson & Johnson has filed answers denying the claims of Plaintiffs, and strongly denies all of Plaintiffs’ claims, denies all allegations of wrongdoing, fault, liability or damage of any kind to Plaintiffs or the Settlement Class, denies that it acted improperly or wrongfully in any way, and is entering into this settlement to avoid burdensome and costly litigation.
