Sunshine and summertime… it’s finally here! So, it’s time to make sure that you’re fully prepared! Suntan lotion, fabulous flip flops and OF COURSE an awesome and practical pair of sunglasses!!! I’ll admit it, I’m a sunglasses junkie. I love all different styles, colors and shapes. But the one thing I won’t budge on– price. A nice pair can be SO expensive. That’s why I was beyond excited when I found Nectar Sunglasses! The site has so many different styles for men AND women. And the best part… they’re around $20-$35 each!! High quality and low prices? Give me one of each!!
Being a sunglasses junkie, I have several different pairs and every single pair I own gives me a headache after prolonged wear. However, I do know that I need to wear sunglasses, so when I was given an opportunity to review Nectar sunglasses (the exact ones pictured), I took it. I figured that they would give me a headache too, but since they were super lightweight, I figured it was worth a shot. I have wore them for several days and I’ve experienced NO headache, whatsoever. This is HUGE for me. And it sold me on these sunglasses. I also think they look cool, which helps – but the bottom line for me, especially is the price. You know what I mean?

They are super light and the came with a branded microfiber pouch to keep them safe even though (as you will see below) they are “made to take a beating”!. Polarized lenses help to reduce that super annoying glare that can happen as a reflection off an object when driving or doing everyday outdoor activities. This in turn reduces the strain in your eyes. The only problem? Most good polarized lenses cost upwards of $150. That alone makes the idea of spending so much on sunglasses impossible for some people (me included!). Nectar Sunglasses finally makes it possible because theirs is only $30! WOW!
Just remember that you only have two eyes people, TWO! So you need to take care of them. I have always been a HUGE advocate of sunglasses and how they protect your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Not only do they slow down cataracts and macular degeneration, it also is a good way to prevent skin cancer in the area.
